Having trouble with ContextFlow? We'll get you sorted out. Most issues can be resolved with the FAQ below, but if you need more help, don't hesitate to reach out.
Open Safari → Settings → Extensions → enable ContextFlow. On iPhone, tap the puzzle piece icon in Safari's address bar and enable ContextFlow.
Open the ContextFlow app and check the Status tab. Make sure "Subscription active" shows OK. If not, try tapping "Restore Purchases" on the Subscription tab.
Go to your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → ContextFlow → Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of the billing period.
Subscribe to the BYOK plan ($1.99/mo), then open the ContextFlow app → Settings → enter your API key. The extension will use it automatically.
Yes! Your subscription works across all your Apple devices. Just sign in with the same account in the extension on each device.
