Terms of Use (EULA)
These terms govern your use of ContextFlow, a Safari extension and companion app. They supplement Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.
1. The service
ContextFlow lets you ask an AI model questions about web pages you view in Safari. Answers are generated automatically by third-party AI models (currently OpenAI) and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
2. Plans and subscriptions
- Free — a limited number of answers per day (currently 5).
- Pro (monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription) — up to 375 answers per week, subject to fair use.
- Own key (monthly auto-renewable subscription) — use ContextFlow with your own OpenAI or Anthropic (Claude) API key; the provider of that key bills you directly for your usage.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country. Refunds are handled by Apple.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use ContextFlow to break the law, infringe others' rights, generate harmful content, or to circumvent limits (for example by automating requests). We may limit or block abusive use.
4. Your content
You are responsible for the content you send. You keep any rights you have in it; you grant us and our AI provider the permissions needed to process it to provide the answer.
5. Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue features, limits or models. If a paid feature is materially reduced, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
